Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
1. be unused and in the same condition that you received it
2. be in the original packaging
3. have the receipt or proof of purchase
Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, texture in in the case of tools like brushes, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). However, we are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to bring your item(s) to our office for direct inspection.
We try our best to protect customers' orders to prevent damage during delivery process. However, if this must happen, customers will be provided 24 Hours upon delivery to contact us regarding damages. Kindly take photos of the damaged product(s) as well as the packaging and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org for inspection. Once approved, you will be provided a full refund for the damaged product(s).
Once we have received your item(s), a full inspection will be performed and we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
To return an item to us, please follow the instructions below:
1. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
2. Inform us via email subjected “Return & Refund: Order#”
3. We will reply your email within 4 hours if sent before 7PM (HKT Monday-Friday).
